If I'd be emperor, I'd solve 90% of all problems of all the countries I rule over within weeks. Yes, that refers to niggers, brownoids and especially kikes. I wouldn't play "nice" either, so if ZOG decides to be my enemy, I'd dedicate squads to take down any opposing leader inside and outside my territory. I would avoid war though, I'd go for high-priority targets instead, and I would be brutal. Things like gas strikes into parliaments can happen, but also assassinations.

I am an atheist, and I consider Christianity to be good and necessary for our people. But a more based version of it. I would outlaw islam, judaism, satanism, although by solving their ethnic carriers, that may be solved as well.

I would go fiercely against any form of financial or political corruption. Imagine people being outraged over something like the Learing Center, with the difference that all of those involved are put to the chopping block, and their public execution would be celebrated. Or these acts of nepotism - these are also unacceptable in any governmental domain.

I would also lower taxes as I replace the usurious finance systems, but I would make sure to have nukes. I would leave the cultural and linguistic integrity of all countries the same as before (minus the niggerish). Countries that are neutral to me will be treated neutrally.

Maybe I'd go beyond this, and enact solutions for problems like social media/internet/porn addictions. But I'd need good ideas that isn't just about pushing WEF mass surveillance kikery. If I'd reach 99-100% ethnic homogeneity, I'd have already succeeded. That legacy would last for a century at least. If I'd solve the jewish problem, it would last for millennia.
