I'm in a majority White area in America and even here I see mudsharks daily. Most of the population here is obese and half the people are on meth.
Is there a place in Europe that is still White and where I can have guns and won't see a single nigger?

Make yourself a list of local progressives. Local college professors in the usual programs (anything studies, and the VP of Diversity and Inclusion, if there is one,) members of the county democrat party, local progressive activists, big money donors to political parties or big PACs.
Find out everything you can about them. Where they live, where they work, what they drive, do they have a family.
Learn everything you can about your area. What roads are dead ends, small terrain features, ways you can get around on foot, or on a bike.
