The 1200 mile distance also fucks up all of the USZOG's air superiority because that distance is almost the range of the US' jet fighters, meaning they are forced to refuel once per mission... meaning ZOG can only have a few in the sky due to lack of refueling aircraft, which means iran just needs to target the slow-moving refuelers to make Donald cry.
USZOG still have submarine, but they have a very limited supply of powerful missiles.
As far as iran is concerned, israel is a sitting duck with a defenseless iron dome and easy to hit critical targets like power and desalination plants. Iran could turn out the lights in israel within minutes.
