Economy: BRICs multipolarity is in the process of ending European empire.
Militarily: The EU has outsourced it's defense to the US who is no longer capable of even defeating the Houthis because our ((( Military Industrial Complex ))) went from manufacturing weapons that win to weapons that make shekels. We now have the most expensive, overengineered and useless weapons imaginable. Missile defense systems that can't defeat hypersonics but can destroy $200 Yemeni balsa drones using $1,000,000 in Tamir interceptors (which are now depleted and can't be replaced quickly enough to be useful).
Industry: Most of Europe chose to destroy their manufacturing industries because China does it cheaper.
Sportsball: However a dozen Europeans kicked a little ball through some sticks with all the consequence of a kitten playing with a ping pong ball in an empty bathtub.
