This is 100% my stance. Just stop the federal government from funding their hilariously out of control proliferation. Take all that money and build jails while funding police stations and the problem will be solved in 50 years. I guaran-fucking-tee it.

If an entire generation of women knew that if they produced a black baby, they would receive ZERO government housing/food/healthcare? The problem would end overnight. Women are biologically destined to seek out resources and if you cut off the hose of welfare $? The problem goes away.
