love how they don't say why she got divorced.
if a woman gets divorced for any reason other than physical violence, abandonment, he's able bodied but not providing necessities for his family, infidelity, or any other criminality against the family, she's a loooooser.
and that's the real kicker. society for hundreds of thousands of years effectively put a ceiling on women by also putting a massive safety net under them. not only do they want even more benefits than that safety net, they want the ceiling removed, so she's absolved even of being a total fucking loser.

Yeesh think about what the guy put up with if the lopsided family courts decided "yea, he's given enough."
I actually work with a guy with 5 girls and a deadbeat ex-wife that gets no custody and doesn't pay child support. Like trollin said - that is next-level loserdom. You have to work to be that shitty.

financial awards are issued from the man to the woman in over 90% of divorces. over 80% of non-payment incidents involve incarceration if the guy is not paying. but in the very rare case of a woman being ordered to pay, they're incarcerated for non-payment <10% of the time.
