Not long after this they built an entire neighborhood of government housing and moved a bunch of these scum to the edge of town. They destroyed the entire neighborhood to the point that it was demolished and then they moved them to another place that became a staple on the show Cops.
I grew up there. They had to put barbed wire fences along the off-ramps to stop people from carjacking you at the light. The police helicopter did its rounds all night and just when you were about to fall asleep it would come by again and shake the windows and hit your house with its spot light. When it got hot for a week in the summer you would see young blacks in wheelchairs that you never knew existed stuck on their porch because they had no ramp.
