Also some states are legalizing gold and silver as legal tender which I think they always were so not sure what these laws mean legally.
You could offer discounts if people pay in gold or silver while still accepting fiat dollars. In order to pay lower price they can pay with silver. If you must take fiat jew dollars then they pay the highest rate
