The guy who wanted to make a miniseries about how bad Soviet Russia was during Chernobyl.

Then produces a miniseries that is EXACTLY the Soviet propaganda about Chernobyl. He repeats more Soviet lies than any form of truth.

He's a fucking moron and a clown. Will not watch anything of his after that HBO shit. Even when called out on his inability to faithfully present history he just doubles down and acts like it wasn't important.

He's a fucking tool of the state.

They way he defamed Anatoly Dyatlov was disgusting, he was not a bumbling oaf who blew up the reactor, he waded through radioactive water and got burned which massively shortened his life, he went to prison as a scapegoat for the disaster and the whole time tried to prove the operators who perished were innocent. The technical details of what happened to the reactor are also completely wrong.

Explain more. Is this about the show Chernobyl? I already figured historical revisionism was in play because a random women seemed to be the perfect know it all about this. Is that the same one?
