The title reminds me of a comment I saw recently about how as much as 00s mall-punks and nu-metal kids got shit on, and early-10s indie music hipsters the same, those were the implicit last stands of White culture here.
It's coming back around. Scene, goth (well, a lot of larpers with that one), and emo are in vogue again. Even nu metal kind of is. There's not a lot of *new* shit being put out from those respective subcultures, but people are beginning to re-embrace the old fashion and the old music/art/whatever. I believe that were starting to break out of the monotony of everybody listening to nigger jungle music and dressing like apes. The numbers also reflect this, rap is falling off in popularity.
