Edit: I thought maybe there'd be some substance to this, since it'd be a great jewpill to throw at people, but unfortunately it turns out OP is a faggot and this is a fake meme. No such wikipedia war article like this exists, and this meme is just a modified version of the Nigerian civil war belligerents table.
