It already was. They've only changed the order. Now it's firing squad as primary and lethal injection by backup. The prison has to have a firing squad or it falls back to injection. The court has to agree to firing squad or it falls back to injection.

Finally, take a minute to look at some recent death penalty cases in Idaho, this isn't the problem they actually need to solve.
