I'd argue that it may be less about impulse control and more less of an impulse to do retarded shit in the first place. I know plenty of whites with ADHD that have atrocious impulse control but their lack of impulse control doesn't cause them to shoot people, chimp out, and steal shit. It usually just leads to them wasting money on something dumb sometimes, impatience, and being argumentative sometimes, and that's the extent of it. Impulse requires a wish to do something in the first place, which is half the problem. For a white person this list of things does not typically include what it does for a nigger.

Furthermore, I consider that Israel must be destroyed

Correct. It's a mix of lack of impulse control, very low intelligence, high levels of aggression, and a malicious-animalistic moral code.

If you have ADHD, you just lack the impulse control, but you're still not a malicious, aggressive, idiot. For niggers, these traits are quite abundant, for us, it's rare. For subhumans it's a mix inbetween - which btw we shouldn't have to live with either.
