Unpasteurized milk is super good for your immune system and you should consume it as much as possible, but IMO it does taste a little odd though, at least the cow milk does. With that said, one of the best things I ever tried as a kid was the butter my 2nd grade classmates and I churned from the unpasteurized cream that a local farmer brought to our class (back in the 1980’s), that butter was so amazing, you could eat it straight and enjoy it, we obviously put it on bread when it was done, but I did try some without anything else. Best butter I’ve ever had. The place I can get raw milk from right now doesn’t carry any butter for some reason, I was looking forward to buying a bunch but there was none, all he had was milk and a bunch of baked goods. Anyone who hasn’t tried raw milk before you should definitely seek it out and try it. Some states it’s illegal for farmers to sell raw milk, so look into whether you can get it or not, like in my state it’s illegal to sell unless that farmer only sells it to people who become a part of his own little private group, so it’s technically not being sold to the general public, you have to sign up for the group before you can purchase it. Such a White community, I love that place. Inside of the big shed thing the farmer built where all of his refrigerators and baked goods were for sale, there wasn’t a camera anywhere on site, no farm workers present to take your cash, you just pay cash for whatever you want and the farmer trusts you to leave the right amount of money on the table, I always leave more than what I owe because White farmers need our support. Seriously, there’s just a pile of cash from other buyers that’s just sitting on a table in that shed without any workers watching over it, the last time I bought milk there I saw at least 200 bucks in cash on his table, no lockbox with a slot to stuff the cash in or anything like that, just a bunch of cash right there that anyone could steal without a problem, and yet, nobody steals it. Those community’s still exist within a half hour drive of most cities, totally devoid of diversity, very high trust White community like 1950’s America, full of honest, hard working, blue collar, good hearted White Americans….it’s so beautiful
