Because they need to acquire wealth *somehow* as parasites. It is not about what would be reasonable. These are just shallow excuses - they want to maximize the money they can leech off from working people.

When the fed prints money, it devalues every other existing dollar already out there. In essence, it's a tax on everyone and all dollars.
