so their reward for stabbing the ticket checker and not paying is a 75% DISCOUNT!? this is just absurd

so basically th govt rewards their terroristic behavior with even more freebies and guess what, they're not even gonna pay that 75% discounted ticket either, so the whole point is just a massive humiliation Ritual for native Euro-peons
