It's worth highlighting that black women have the most abortions *per capita*. They're reducing crime rates and don't even know it.

Personally, I want to be against abortion but I absolutely see it for the value it has brought us in regards to the black community.

I also think we should make tubal ligation mandatory for future welfare recipients or for any increase in welfare for current recipients. But that's just me.
