No because humidity moves through earth walls and concrete
Pine box homes suffer from high humidity and mold. Trapped in walls, attics, in layers of sheetrock, damp wood, not enough air flow, basements

Not really. Several factors prevent such a thing.
The rubbercrete, the thermal mass of a foot and a half of it and a decent open floor plan with a good HVAC/fan system should prevent any dead zones where humidity could collect.
The location and placement can also make a big difference.
