I think his shirt vaguely says: 'Tim Hortons', and the font also resembles that of the company's logo. So it is intentional.

Perhaps the creator wanted to draw attention to Tim Hortons, the Canadian 'coffeehouse and restaurant chain'. I don't know anything about the company except the name, but it probably is a company that employs plenty of Indians, in which case it deserves to be 'memed'.
