Countries will seek to deport recent illegal migrants, which will have a process spanning years for all cases. Things improve slightly, stopping the trend of continuous decline. The jews will only be opposed to a lesser degree - only insofar it relates to israel. The outcome is still unchanged from option 1: In 100 years we are close to extinction.

It will be a time of conflicts across White countries, and the worse it got, the more heated the fights. Whites do not really win, as they stand against White ZOG armies who protect the system. There is a certain pathway to it, and that's terror. If you go and end brownoids, the government will feel compelled to enact more policing and tyrannical measures. The EU would also enact pressure on member countries for it, and also the media. This will affect the population negatively, and the narrative will be "so you want us to tolerate more tyranny to protect niggers who shouldn't be here at all?!" This will vilify the government in the eyes of common people, and further accelerationism.
People who just want to do their thing and be left alone will be inevitably involved.
