Distance traveled and mode absolutely matter? Distance traveled is going to tell you the accident rate per mile. Mode of travel matters because they have dofferent risk rates. A crotch rocket is far more risky than a city bus.

If your concern is White people getting killed on the road by nons, then you should find a data set that compares race of driver versus victim. Also break out single driver/single car fatalities.

It makes total sense, by the way, that nons get killed more per capita, given the behavioral and IQ differences.
