No, it's a system that lets feral rapists and murderers roam free, but goes after Whites and Christians for the most minuscule of things severely. This occurred in the Soviet Union before.
Call it what it is: Tyranny.
Letting certain groups of people go unpunished and going after the main population is a hallmark of tyranny.
