Vince Staples is one of them "good negros" that's self-aware about how terrible niggers really are. Some of the recurring themes in his music is how wealth and education do little to make black people not act like niggers. Another theme is the mental toll of having to be "tough" around other blacks just to survive around them. Obviously, he wants the best for his people, but he's honest about who and what they are. I actually enjoy his music; Vince and Donald Glover are on the same level of self-awareness. Glover made "This is America" a few years back.
