Aside from what u/Prof_Chaos mentioned, you cannot math.
It is 0.1% per year. Multiply it with ~20 years and you're at 2%.
Add to it that the UK is a tyranny that downplays these numbers, even nods to overt muslim rape gangs, and these numbers increase by an unknown factor.
10% is a good estimation. It means every person knows someone in their vicinity, family or relatives who was victim of sexual crimes from muslims.
Or in other words: They are molesting and raping White girls and women by the hundred thousands, and people are busy going ACKHULY instead of hanging every brownoid, traitor and jew for it.
