It is 0.1% per year. Multiply it with ~20 years and you're at 2%.
Add to it that the UK is a tyranny that downplays these numbers, even nods to overt muslim rape gangs, and these numbers increase by an unknown factor.
10% is a good estimation. It means every person knows someone in their vicinity, family or relatives who was victim of sexual crimes from muslims.
Or in other words: They are molesting and raping White girls and women by the hundred thousands, and idiots like you are busy going ACKHULY instead of hanging every brownoid, traitor and jew for it.
