A cordless angle grinder would probably work well too, for a fraction of the price.

The only issue is these Flock devices are often attached to street lights with very thick bases.

I'm unsure if taking down the entire street light would cause more of a problem than using a short frame ladder and smashing the devices with an insulated hammer.

It would be interesting to see which method is more effective.

At that point I'd rather just use an air rifle or pellet gun. I'm not climbing a ladder for these fucking things.

If you wanted maximum discreetness and took the time to become adept with it, I'll bet a proper slingshot with a heavy duty band could also get the job done.
