Low IQ people are very easy to manipulate which is why they have been elevated to supervisor positions by the jew.
As someone already mentioned, there is a concept called "African time" that explains this. Because they were a historically non-writing people, they practiced oral history storytelling, and therefore history is not something they read in a book; it is "alive", and continues to "happen" whenever it's told, even if it's not happening "now". "Now" is of course the most important part of their concept of time, but the future doesn't exist. Unlike other races who imagine themselves walking forwards into the future (and therefore understanding that actions they perform today have consequences tomorrow), Africans instead imagine themselves standing backwards, looking into the past, as time moves independently below their feet.
Now is the only time there ever is. Have you ever been in any other time but now? Whatever else changes, the experience is always now, define it as you wish. The imagination can express from distant past to far future but those expressions are always expressed in the now. One may talk about the past in the now or talk about the future in the now but it's always in the now. Everything is right now. You are born that way and you die that way.
