There might be some truth to this. Basically as early as the 1500s or 1600s some black slaves escaped inland and found refuge among Indian tribes. There's a few documented examples but not sure how legitimate they are. Supposedly there were black Seminoles

Black slaves did mix with some Indians in the Southeastern US and Brazil.

However, the Olmec existed 3000 years ago.
