I’m probably one of the most moderate people in here and still boomers are friggin brutal to talk to lol. They just feed you the same old tired lines and if you counter what they’re saying, they just change the subject or won’t talk about it anymore or feed you some old boomer line that makes no sense.
Damn your comment reminds me of every political conversation lately with my boomer dad. "Can you imagine the national embarrassment if we arrested Bill Clinton for child sex crimes?"
I replied, "I think it's more of a national embarrassment to tolerate pedophilia 'just because they're political elites so arresting them would be embarrassing.'"
And he shut up and changed the subject. But I don't think it's that their brains are broken from decades of propaganda (not all of them anyway). I think a good number of them just refuse to admit or recognize that they've been duped pretty much their entire lives. "I'm gonna die soon - all I have to do is believe I wasn't a fool for a little longer..."

plus they were raised by the "silent generation."
so.. the CIA spends incredible amounts of money on generational sentiment analysis so they can manipulate this too..
