The supply of nons is basically infinate, that hypothetical man should go for the importers and propagandists first. After all, if you have a pipe leaking, you need to shut off the flow before cleaning up the mess and repairing the damage.

The supply is in fact infinite but if they start dying by the dozen every day, the reaction will eventually lead to permanent solutions.
