In the sunbelt states, there are no more white communities. Except for "Slab City", https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h5eguk1j744. Most white people are destined to live in the white slums that are similar to those you see in South Africa, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=suUHt6q9WiU

That community that I visited was largely East Asians, hindus, jews, and mormons. If they were white, they were probably part of LGBTQ+. Those companies in there go out of their way not to hire the white candidate.
