Those 4 are the untouchables. No Republican wanted this, but those are the scapegoats who will never be punished. Thune knew they didn't have the votes, but he called the vote anyway, knowing it would fail.
Now you all have nothing to complain about. They tried, but it was those damn four you hate and those evil democrats. Better vote harder in November for the "good" ones.
