It's removing the barrier placed on defense contractors to not wantonly give Israel every military secret that the US has and all of its weapons. Not a declaration that the US military is going to become one with the IDF (yet, yet).
But in a way, this is much worse. It allows Israel to have every bit of sensitive tech that the US has. This furthers the greater Israel project. Moreover, Israel has been caught red handed selling American military secrets to China and Iran (how ironic, though that was the 80s). So this is simply a horrible idea on all fronts. Although Israel themselves are the worst people to have it, I'd rather just send it wholesale to China instead of Israel.
The good part about Israeli arms deals with American enemies though is that it proves they're none too bright. Israel is one of the reasons that Iran, obviously the primary enemy of Israel, still exists and isn't a protectorate or vassal of Iraq. When Israel sold military secrets to China, they eventually found their way into Iran. Obviously. So Israel is being assailed on all fronts by technology they sold to their enemies, because their nature to be greedy, expanionist, evil, meddling kikes overrides any pragmatic sense. China and Iran are far smarter than Israel is for taking the stupid deal that Israel offered for billions worth of military secrets from the US. The US and Israel are the braindead retards for both doing it directly and for letting it slide, respectively.
