I can go to my local gas station and buy "shroom gummies" with absolutely nothing on the package indicating wtf the actual ingredients are, yet they banned all CBD products which have zero psychoactive effects and legitimately help with pain.

Mushroom gummies have mushrooms in them which are not psychoactive. They are included only to make the labeling legal. Yes there are mushrooms but the active, psychoactive ingredients are simply a watered down psychedelic drug. Google this and Reddit will give you the exact ingredients. Basically they are a precursor to a full psychedelic experience but that is not the important point and that point is that they have been allowed. Now ask yourself why and who.
