This was done in many whiter areas after Katrina to keep hordes of nigggers who would pile into vehicles, and drive around trying to loot outside their nigger zones. It’s their neighborhood/street. If most of the other neighbors are tired of their street being a nigger war zone cut through, the city needs to fuck off. Maybe they should start their own localized government for their street. 😎
