Dear Heavenly Father,On this Memorial Day, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude and eyes lifted in remembrance. We thank You for the brave men and women who gave everything their youth, their dreams, and their very lives so that we could live in this amazing, free nation under God. They stood in the gap when darkness threatened, they fought for liberty and justice, and they paid the ultimate price so our children could grow up in a land of opportunity and hope. We honor their sacrifice today and every day, trusting that You hold them close in Your eternal arms.
Lord, we are so thankful for this beautiful country You have blessed us with. From the rolling hills to the shining seas, from the bustling cities to the quiet small towns, we see Your hand upon America. You have given us freedoms we often take for granted freedom to worship You, to speak our hearts, and to chase the dreams You plant inside us. We pray that we would never forget the cost of these blessings or grow careless with them. Help us to cherish this gift and to live worthy of those who defended it.
Father, we ask that our nation would keep turning back to You more and more each day. Draw the hearts of our leaders, our families, and every citizen closer to Jesus. Heal the divisions among us, soften the hard places, and let Your truth shine brightly again in our schools, our homes, and our public squares. May we become a people who honor You first, who love our neighbors well, and who walk in the light of Your Word. Let revival sweep across this land so that future generations will know You as Lord and Savior.
We place our country into Your strong and loving hands, trusting You to guide us, protect us, and keep us free. Comfort the families who still carry the ache of loss, strengthen our veterans, and fill us all with renewed purpose. And Lord, we hold onto bright hope for the days ahead. We believe You are stirring a fresh revival in our land, a mighty moving of Your Spirit that will awaken hearts, restore families, and bring our nation back to its godly roots. May future generations rise up with faith and courage, walking in the freedom purchased by those who came before and anchored firmly in You.
Let Your glory fill this country once again, turning mourning into dancing and darkness into light. In the precious name of Jesus Christ we pray....AMEN
🙏Together through Christ we have endless potential🙏
Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.
Amen. Lord help us ALL to align with your will and see your hand at play in the world.
