If you actually went down the rabbit hole and did some research, you'd learn exactly what the "clump of cells" looks like. You would be horrified, you'd get sick, and you'd never again make any compromise for what you now know is the most disgusting and the most morally reprehensible thing that anyone could ever do. The procedure is a forced miscarriage, it's more similar to kosher slaughter than how it's framed as a "clump of cells".
