I think shit like this is the least of our worries as far as vOOting, and selections are concerned, but I do find it funny that someone in this type of condition is allowed to “vote” still. You can’t live on your own, and/or wipe your own ass anymore, and someone has POA over you, but you should be allowed to participate in Talmudocracy. Let’s be honest though, it’s not nearly as bad as the geriatrics we have “representing” us in Washington over the decades.
