My perception is that wages have stagnated due to active suppression methods in the USA as the boomer generation had higher wages as adjusted for inflation, while productivity gains have been made via technological developments so there should be more money available to pay workers higher wages

So my question is about how to raise wages?

Frequently I'm seeing people on the right (maybe mostly older people?) argue for regular workers to be paid less in wages you can't live independently on, while I sometimes hear stories of older people who were able to raise families on simple jobs

My understanding is that a lot of the extra profits have gone to shareholders and CEOs, that could have gone to workers, to keep wage rates up

A couple thought experiments come to mind to visualize this, like thinking about a small business owner who pockets all the profits from his business, versus an employee at a similar business who is paid a wage at a much smaller rate - while there is more risk that that owner takes than the employee, the "mere" ownership of the business yields a higher pay rate. (Some corporations that take loans on money printed out of thin air that they can get bailed out on by the public if they go bust, do not even take the "ownership risk" that many identify as the justification for lower wages for workers and higher rates paid out to CEOs / shareholders)

So, I guess one answer to how to increase "wages" is for people to be business owners

A second answer is to encourage more people to become the shareholders who are getting lots of the profits from these businesses, I guess

Could more money simply be paid out to workers from the monies that are going to CEOs / shareholders?

A second visualization experiment is that of American factory workers being paid good living wages, and of these jobs being "outsourced" to some other country at lower wage rates; the profits again from this move, must be going to shareholders and CEOs of the company, whereas before they were going to American workers

So the idea that the "hands are tied" of businesses and they must pay below "living wages" isn't really a set in stone argument, as seemingly in the above manufacturing job example they could have just "paid more" to keep the jobs with American workers

Another problem with some of this discussion is a back and forth appeal to some "objective" wage rate, versus the subjective theory of value in capitalism; in other words, frequently wages and prices are set just arbitrarily based on what people want. Ergo, it's equally as "rational" in a "free market" to argue that workers ought to minimally be paid $30/hour as it is to argue that they should be paid $5/hour - just like you could argue CEOs should only be paid maybe 10x that of the average worker versus 300x (which is where it is about at in 2026).

I suppose the other part of this discussion is that "wages" don't necessarily need to increase, so much as we need effective secondary investment schemes so that people can grow even small wages into larger sums of money to pay for their needs. It's possible for people to make investments that see returns much beyond wage rates they can work for. However, I don't see why we couldn't do both: increase wages as well as leverage investments.

So anyway, I was curious about what could be done to raise wages in society or if you think this is a desirable goal or if some secondary or other goal might be focused on to generate wealth and prosperity generally in society

edit: a quick AI discussion led to a conclusion of two main drivers of wage increases:

1) productivity gains. This directly increases the monies or value available to distribute.

2) ownership of capital. This gives you the ultimate claim - in part or totally - to the productivity gains produced.

Maybe a lot of the rest of the discussion is edge cases around these

Stop importing infinity niggers. Deport the millions of niggers already here.

Why is this so fucking hard for people to understand? Larger supply of workers = lower cost of labor.

This

too many brown immigrants (usually jeets or pakjeets) you can stuff 8 of em into a one room apartment work for pennies on the dime which business owners use because... they're cheap

literally that's it, it all comes to bottom line

i've spoken with a boomer a year ago in a wine shop, he says the locals are all lazy who just wants to sit at home and jerkoff

so he hires pakistanis who according to him "are very eager to work" i said to him that he's openly financing the enemies of his race, of his religion to save up some euros on labor and i dunno if he's a jew but he's also acting like it (i went full mask off)

fucker also cheated me, i asked for 5 years of aged and paid for 3 years of aged wine (which cost half) its true what they say that boomers are like spiritually jewish and they all need death

funnny enough the dude bitched so hard when i opted to pay with card and demanded the recipit saying they're going to charge him extra for it and i slyly said "yeah your tax money needs to help those pakistanis you love so much"

in hind-sight, i shouldn't even purchased any wine at his shop, but i wanted to make a point about how jewishly these boomers act

Never forget: European peasant wages tripled after the Black Death.

Our population is normalising (down) after the (artificial) post-WW2 population boom. Our wages shpuld have been going up *the whole time*. The main reason they haven't is the Hart-Cellar Act.

1. End the Federal Reserve.
2. Make interest punished by death.
3. Exterminated nonwhites globally.
4. Stop. Fucking. Talking.

1. If we cannot end the federal reserve, we can voluntarily deal with each other in gold and silver, which is Constitutional. Meaning they can't come after us since gold and silver is the only legal money we should actually be using. Avoiding collecting sales tax is more tricky for any general public facing company, but when privately contracting with people it is easy to avoid. Avoiding income tax is easy as long as you haven't turned in forms to SSA and IRS during pre-employment phase

2. I'm okay with getting rid of interest. It eliminates most of the jew's income. If we are compensating for the value of time or the delay in money, then a fixed price for that time can be cooked in or the timeliness of a payment is already baked into the cost.

3. Global genocide of all non-Whites is ambitious. For now, it is reasonable for Whites to simply want to protect their majorities in White Nations and become racially conscious and show in-group racial preference to fellow Whites and to only allow White Men of honor and good character into any positions of authority or leadership. Even if we got rid of all non-Whites, it's still retarded to have women in power. Simply the way White Men behave toward nons is an essential first step.

4. The talking is effective in that it is normalizing NOTICING among a large population group. To not first build a consensus for TKD we are only lonely vigilantes. But as boomers only liked to post pictures of their guns on sunday and never actually side carry in public, sadly lots of the White Nationalism online is merely posers.

Most of that shit i wrote just for argument sake. I think USA is cooked and everything will have to get worse before it gets better. USA needs civil war. There's too many warring factions inside the USA for us to simply implement new policies and make it all work. Won't have to worry about online posers when there gangs and mobs going door to door in suburbia looting and killing and no police force that's going to respond to your needle in a haystack emergency call.

I’d like us to consider ideas from back when this board was founded. That perhaps the modernized, consumptive, godless economy where we all are workers or owners is not just an inevitability of our condition. I am not overly concerned with working within the current model. I don’t validate it. It’s NOT valid. I don’t want to be a “worker” or an “employee”. If I never had to work a day in my life I wouldn’t.

I am a white man with a family. I can labor all day and I can apply my skills effectively, I’m not lazy. I want to be a good community member. I want to live on the path God has made for me. Fuck the worship of the all mighty dollar. I want to know God better.

Stop debasing the labor pool. This including immigrants illegal and legal alike, visa workers, refugees, etc etc. Also, women doubled the work force. If we get women out of the work force and into the kitchen, live will be better for everyone. Sexual harassment in the workplace didn't even exist. Now it's cliche. Women shouldn't be at work, they should be at home.

Wages are 1/2 the equation. Costs are the other half. Costs are driven up by taxes, regulations, fees, permits, and by tall pyramid structures (lots of intermediaries), and finally by delays. Besides occasional natural disasters, there are no shortages. There is no shortage of oil. There are embargos and blockades and tariffs, all man made things. These things cause delays and result in higher costs, as they are intended to do.

We could lower costs without changing wages and have great results.

Basically, everything is just a machine and the fewer moving parts and the better oiled those parts are, the better and more efficiently the machine runs.

We have a lot of fake jobs being occupied by unskilled retards as part of a fake economy. We could nuke 1/4 of the positions and see no decrease in productivity.

1. Reduce the federal government size to almost nothing and set a massive public servant restriction on based on total US population of CITIZENS. Currently we have approximately ONE Federal public servant for every 174 citizens. Drop this down to ONE Federal public servant for every 2,000 citizens.

2. Similarly there are about ONE state and local government employee for every 17 citizens. State government should have more power than federal, so drop this to perhaps ONE state and local government employee for every 1,000 citizens.

3. Reduce almost all government red tape and limit all federal and state bureaucratic rules based on population of CITIZENS. Perhaps roll it back to 1820 and start again. When the per capita rule is reached, ensure a rule must be removed before a new rule bill can be passed.

4. Prevent state and federal politicians from campaign fundraising. Instead they can get creative with a small amount of taxpayer cash for the purposes of self advertisement. Create a website where every runners for each election can present their priorities with links to their voting history. Keep it cheap and basic to protect from foreign or domestic billionaire manipulation. This will also eliminate the need for politicians to raise funds and campaign so they can work full 40 hour weeks with 2 weeks of leave per year and allow each bill to be voted on independently.

5. Somehow harness civilian autism powers to identify political corruption and conspiracy in an anonymous way that prevents the jew from locating and bribing or extorting these important roles. Free speech social media sites like the chans may be ugly in every way, but they are also effective at noticing.

6. Congressmen must have absolutely zero direct or indirect contact with lobbyists unless it's organized in advance, registered well in advance and live-streamed to the world. If congressmen attempt to secretly use intermediaries or covert meetings in pubs, let the "Chan Autists" stalk and report the conduct. This will massively increase wages by preventing billionaire CEOs and their lobbyists from bribing Congressmen to pass laws to make themselves richer at the expense of their employees and community.

7. Allow full land ownership. Replace council fees and taxes with optional services for pay such as water, power, sewage and connection fees if new infrastructure needs to be installed.

8. Merit Based Immigration that is so strict, it's effectively a White America policy. Prioritize Whiteness, Christian values, fluent English language skills, youth, education and experience and health. Include a special provision for White refugees who are fleeing for their lives such as the White farmers of South Africa or any White fleeing conscription in foreign brother-wars.

9. Phase out cheap foreign (Chinese) products and components for USA 100% locally made. I don't care if the price of a kettle or microwave triples as long as it will last forever. Aim for 100% USA self sufficiency.

Sorry, I lost track of this being about increasing wages, but I'll leave this points in nevertheless. I'll think more about the wage issue and comment I get time to think more about it... however almost all of these points will indirectly increase wages by massively reducing red tape, government overreach, taxes and lobbyist bribery.

But perhaps the points I listed are the solution: prevent lobbyists from bribing politicians to grant unfair advantages to the richest corporations to keep incomes based on supply and demand, make USA self sufficient to create our second industrial revolution and profoundly reduce government size and overreach to reduce taxes to almost nothing.

No economic system can survive jewish subversion, including capitalism...

... But perhaps capitalism is supreme but only with protections against it being corrupted into oligarchy?

> So, I guess one answer to how to increase "wages" is for people to be business owners

Yeah well, good luck with that. That's a major risk in itself, and requires a lot of money-time-skill investment. If you start out somewhere, you won't get far if you don't have the money and skills necessary. And time comes from taking risks. I guess if it works out (which I hope will do for me), it's sure great - but it's difficult.

> is to encourage more people to become the shareholders

Requires sufficient money which you do not need liquid in order to work.

> the profits again from this move, must be going to shareholders and CEOs of the company

It's incalculable because it is indirect. You cannot take the difference of one pajeet worker and an American one and consider that a profit. Especially if they are setup like a bee hive of incompetence, where a LOT of subhumans are buzzing around to do the job a few Americans would accomplish better.

If this is incalculable, which it is, you can be assured they will find all sorts of loopholes to minimize the differences.

> just like you could argue CEOs should only be paid maybe 10x that of the average worker versus 300x

One reason is *because they can*. Because the economy is so shit, they can offer less and less to workers and still get away with it. And when they lower the wages of workers so much, they have more left for CEOs and other seatwarmering idiots.

> However, I don't see why we couldn't do both: increase wages

How do you want to increase wages if you'd have governmental power to do so?

There are many, many factors that are done to raise corruption in the broadest sense, to make life worse, to make the job market worse, and to have too many people be too obsessed with superficialities over substance. Corporate culture is thoroughly plastered with low-productivity idiots who only really care about superficialities.

The problem is this: None of this is the result of incompetence. It is deliberate. They *want* to make our lives worse, and these big company CEOs along with HR departments and all these clowns are playing right along.

2 years ago I tried to apply for a senior programming position, and after 100 applications I didn't get a singular person to talk to. The biggest barrier of entry are incompetent idiots handling applications, who don't understand anything of what my application expressed. There were some positions where I could have solved their stated problem within mere weeks or months, which is an eternal arms-race for them. They probably didn't even read anything I wrote.

The root of the problem are jews in many, many ways. If jews would be hellbent on improving economies, fighting corruption, seeking nationalism and ethnic homogeneity (jews and Whites only), we'd like them. But they are the opposite - they push all agendas to haul in infinite shitniggers into our countries while exploiting as much as possible from our systems.

Seems like your question is more posited towards publicly trades large corporations, but I'll make an argument for small businesses.

If I'm the CEO and I remortgaged my house, or sold all my Funko pops, or lived in a cardboard box to build my business from scratch, and I'm now in a position where I can hire 2-10 people to work 40 hours a week doing a fraction of the work that I had to do by myself for years to get to that point......... Yeah they're getting a "fair wage" for an employee that is performing those tasks. Even if it's "only" 10% of what I'm making. They take on virtually no risk and took on none of the suffering to get to that point. The building stage of the business typically has the founder doing the job of 4 people and working 100 hour weeks, potentially for years, to turn it into something profitable enough to hire employees. If the business comes into hard times and needs a cash infusion, where do the employees think that comes from? The owner, duh. If everybody is making $30/hr including the owner, the business is fucked if the economy crashes and then you're all out of a job. If you don't like that fact of working for someone who worked harder than you, start your own business. You won't or you would've already. Or ask for a raise and give good reasons for it.

I don't mean to sound rude when I say this but are you a boomer? Because this isn't how any of the top companies work anymore. Not since maybe the 1950s. Maybe mom and pop businesses, but everyone in those businesses is struggling.

Most people work for very large companies and most of the CEOs of those very large companies either A: had that position passed down to them from their parents (not a problem in and of itself) and then proceeded to exorbitantly expand their own wealth. Or B, if the company was built up and wasnt an existing one: they started out wealthy already (if not exorbitantly so, at least with enough money to get off the ground). Elon musk was already rich growing up. Jeff Bezos was monied *enough* and happened to settle into an easy niche that didn't exist before Amazon. The petite bourgeoisie CEOs busting their asses to turn a profit are never going to end up at the same heights as these already established companies because they work against them. Maybe you'll get a scant few breakout successes. But the market is cornered by enormous companies. There will never be another restaurant as successful as McDonald's (calling it a restaurant is a stretch, to be honest) again. For as long as McDonald's exists. There will never be another retailer as successful as Amazon. There will never be an internet host as successful as Google again. And the ai market was never even open to anyone that wasnt already loaded, Sam Altman was bankrolled by musk. New niches for people to break into are almost nonexistent now and the few that do pop up are typically accessible to people who are already very wealthy, already well-established corporations, or people that have loans from billionaires. You, random blue/white collar worker, are never going to invent anything new that makes you rich

When people say they want wage increases they aren't usually talking about "I want a wage increase from the dude who runs the x small business I work for", usually they talk about systematic wage increases from enormous companies who have ceos that never worked a day in their lives.

Furthermore, I consider that Israel must be destroyed

Yes. The fun part is, many of these corporations are completely useless and have bureaus that literally do nothing except maintaining themselves. Like some lost and forgotten branches of government. So they want a larger share of the money that still pours in (because someone did something good decades ago) and believes he deserves more of the share because... well, equality or something. All of them is redundant.

The fact that Musk fired 95% of Twatter employees and that it continued to work well should be a MASSIVE sign for everyone to see. It means 95% of these people who were employed for years were *at the minimum* completely redundant, and probably even counterproductive.

Read the first part of my comment again. I am an old millennial. For large corporations where the CEO is making hundreds of millions a year, sure, gather the workers, revolt, eat the CEO and get yours. It still shouldn't be a bunch of Amazon driver retards getting paid $700k/year just because the business can hypothetically pay that. If there's a shit year for business, are they going to pitch in and use their money to keep the business afloat? I don't think they should be making $17/hr and living out of their car either.

My comment is referring to small businesses, where the owner drives a Lariat truck and lives in a $2m house while the employees have to drive XLT trucks and live in $600k houses- I'd say that's a fair deal for someone who put everything on the line to make the business happen in the first place and takes all the risk.

starting a small business is actually extremely easy. You just need a customer base, really.

I've been running small businesses for years and i have no license no marketing no business card no insurance no permits no signs no LLC no record of anything. I still can make $1k+ per week which means i'm not rich but i'm not poor and i'm working for myself and customers i get to choose to deal with.

This is just doing odd jobs meaning i have power tools, tool boxes, socket sets, wrenches, electrician kits, plumbing repair kits, masonry tools, painting kits, landscaping tools, etc for any job. generators pressure washers trailers tractors pumps saws etc

I think that working retail or getting entry level corporate job is for normies and immigrants who are just going to become NPCs in the machine.

Best thing for a young White Man is to develop technical skills and learn trades and engineering. Learn how to build bridges, houses, docks, parking lots. Pumps, generators, small engines, HVAC, electrical. I would take all the Trades and Shops classes available in high school. Also the technical and trade schools are often BEGGING for applicants and have certification programs whereas the standard universities and state colleges over charge for college degrees for careers that AI can take over.

Also you don't have to become an innovative genius. You can make $50K-$100K just running a landscaping company, a carpentry trim windows doors company, a roofing company, a hard scape company that does patios and pools, running an HVAC company, even just operating a nursery since people pay lots of money for trees shrubs flowers. Fencing is profitable. Realize you are against millions of invader spics when you work these trades but they are making good money too. It makes me mad to see White people slaving for hourly wages when Spics are out here making $300-$500 cash per day

To learn this stuff you can always try to sort through junk yards. In America people throw away all kinds of perfectly working stuff just to get rid of it. It's a throw away culture. On trash day i can easily drive around and find appliances that just need one part replaced and flip them for few extra hundred bucks any week.

As far as the currency. it's fake. What i do is take any dollars i make and quickly convert to gold and silver bullion/coins/rounds. Then i try to get my friends and family to do the same so we can barter amongst ourselves at least with gold and silver. Meanwhile our gold and silver goes up in value or maintains its purchasing power while the fiat usa dollars lose value and the prices of things priced in usa dollars in the store go up every month. Milk is about $4.15 per gallon and ground beef $6.99 a pound so the fiat dollar buys less and less. I'm surprised a loaf of wheat bread, not even good bread, costs $5+ I think gold, since the year 2000, has gone up in value an average of 9% per year. That's fucking nice for not having to fuck around with corporate stocks or have the irs know what i'm doing or waiting until retirement age to pull the money out of an account. I'll take the 9% average annual gain over 26 years while not having to provide the capital finance to a fucking starbucks or data center or palantir or facebook kikes.

Also it's not just about how much you make. You have to try to spend as little as possible and just save. Converting to gold and silver helps. I can't just take my gold coin to a store and make an impulse buy. I have to convert it back to the fiat dollars which is a 2-3% fee
