He's one of many assholes who buys up land and subdivides it. There's people who have podcasts that teach others to do this. They are parasites and greedy capitalist pricks. They destroy the land and then bring in migrants and foreigners to fill the houses.

Our communities are ruined.. you can't form an authentic community by selling corporate built houses to strangers from all around the world and expect them to get along. It's actually the perfect setup for centralized control since the people are so opposed and distrustful of one another.
