Tdap is three vaccines in one shot. I'm sure they count two or three dose vaccines as individual vaccines too.

Came here to say this. MMR as well, and then you get some of them multiple times and not sure what their cutoff age is for child. So you can see how that extrapolates. Not defending it, just wasn't that shocked when I saw the number.
