Yup. If you aren't out there trying *something* your opinion means nothing.

So start talking on the street corners. Preach in front of libraries and movie theaters. Hand out literature are the Walmart.

That's going to happen anyway, maybe it already has. If you're going to get fired for standing by your principles, but you hide them to avoid it, you're desecrating your soul every single day.
