That's pretty deep. Anger, also, must not be seen as a purely negative emotion, but as a necessary developmental stage. It acts as a spiritual regulator that breaks down early egoism, paving the way for the soul's future capacity to experience genuine, selfless love. Oh?!?! The reason?? Our Ego REQUIRES independence intially!!! In the name of this very important individual ego, before we are capable of conscious, selfless judgment, anger serves as a protective mechanism. It asserts our inner individuality when the external world clashes with our being. Experiencing and overcoming anger acts like a "poison" to inward selfishness. By getting angry, we shock our own egoistic forces, eventually forcing us to rise above them. The ultimate goal is to process and refine anger. Once overcome and purified, these fiery soul forces transform into warmth, mildness, and love.
