Run-down houses built in the 1800s are usually a good deal.

Many towns in the flyover states that have lost half its population have plenty of good deals.

Yep. Great idea. FHA loans are strict and lots of older homes just won't pass inspection, which means normies can't buy them with little money down and bank financing. Creates opportunities for you or me or people who save up cash or come up with larger down payments
