Its not what youre looking for but, they aren't usually that creative so about half the time they just change to the female/male version of the name they had before. So for example if you meet a tranny named "Daniela" you can guess with reasonable accuracy that his name was "Daniel" pre-mutilation.

Also you can be inventive too. If a troon calls himself "Yasmin", call him "Jesse." If it's "Monica", it's "Morty." Just pick whatever male name is closest - in most cases it's that one.

Otherwise giving people a false name is a sign of disrespect. Thinking about this, you could also say it to a troon - to name him with a false name is disrespectful, so kindly ask him to give you his true name so that you avoid doing that.
