The Testimony of The Lord Jesus Christ to the Scriptures (Pastor Charles Lawson) https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=lBTjcH-9fbE

I think pastor Lawson might be a Zionist but he makes good sermon argument why can't toss out old testament because Jesus quoted it so much.

Yes, however Jesus is the anti-jew who was sent to fulfill (pass from law) and tear the jwish testament in half from top to bottom.

I expect Jesus to quote from the Old Covenant because it has many truths. There are also truths on the back of a box of Honey Nut Cheerios.

I think the Mosaic Laws are important because they provide context for the life and teachings of Jesus Christ.

Perhaps their purpose was to demonstrate the folly of morality based on laws, given how easily the jews perverted and subverted and manufactured loopholes and chicken-swinging to make a mockery of Mosaic law in their Talmud?

You can't find a loophole in the question, "What would Jesus do?" because the context of His teachings was His entire life.
