Yeah whatever you do, don’t eat the materials your body needs to repair itself. Please keep eating pesticide-contaminated, mineral depleted carbs and synthetically died bullshit.

It's incredible that anyone believes ANYTHING the government says related to food and nutrition. I remember since the 60s the government giving health warnings regarding salt, eggs, butter, and anything with fat in it, saying people should exercise caution with these dangerous foods -- you know, the food people have been eating for thousands of years. Notably, they didn't show the same level of caution when it came to anything with sugar in it.

It was quite a revelation for me when I began reading about food and nutrition beginning about 2012. I wanted to lose a lot of weight and didn't trust conventional wisdom about "healthy eating". What I learned changed everything I thought I knew about food.
My outlook on food changed considerably. I now see food as anything you make yourself from fresh ingredients. I don't see anything processed or take-out as food, just food-like substance that will keep you alive, but contains little nutrition and will kill you in time.
If you eat what your ancestors ate, and not too much of it, you'll be in good shape.
I make bread occasionally, but that's one of those things I make an exception for. Otherwise, I make pretty much everything else I eat. If you like homemade bread (and who doesn't), a good bread maker will change your life.

If I lived in a 99% White community, i would tell all foreigners and kikes and niggers that the water is contaminated, the soil's no good, there's poisonous snakes everywhere, there's serial killers, drug gangs or whatever shit i can make up to keep outsiders away.
