They didn't even charge him.
This actually went fairly well for the guy.
Most ZOGbot police are far worse than these officers were. He got his weed back, his bowl, the police even handed him back his firearm in a bag on the spot.
I've had interactions with police where they took my firearm on the spot and wouldn't return it for weeks later and made me go to the police department to retrieve it. I didn't catch a charge but they temporarily confiscate it then do not immediately return it.
Also in the 1980's or 1990's or even early 2000's cops would bust your ass hard for just a little bit of marijuana. These cops just give him his pipe and bag back and dont charge him. That's way cooler than 95% of cops. Also usually police charge you for crimes even if they know it won't hold up in court. ZOGbots generally just want to make your life hell, give prosecutors more work, give defense jew lawyers work, etc. They want the churn. Lawfare.
Police always over-react and act like you are a violent criminal just for having a firearm on you. That's why the 2nd amendment is FAKE. Sure, some boomer can polish his firearm at home and put it back in the safe. But try walking around with a firearm normally like you carry your cellphone, car keys and wallet day to day. You'll probably get shot by police in the first 6 months and have cops called on you daily.
