I just searched up this Schuman guy, since the Declaration was named after him, I figured this was likely an instance of "every single time". And I gotta say, he supposedly believed Christianity was integral to European democracy, was a practicing Catholic, and has since been the subject of a beatification process by the Vatican, but... Just look at his photo. The physiology is undoubtedly there.
