Probably. But the real reason why is because he devoted his entire life to Germany in nearly every waking moment. For him, children would be a distraction. And for some, such as hitler, they should not have children if they are doing something of such a magnitude of importance. Having children is not for everyone, it never has been, and hitler was someone who should not have. Not because he would have been a bad father by any means, I highly doubt that, but because children would have probably made him err off the path of building Germany, which preoccupied about 99% of his time. And we see this pretty often, that is not having children, with great statesmen, both good and bad, who devoted so much of their lives to their work
