Ehhhh, I think it's possible to just be ignorant on the subject matter. It's quite vast and requires a level of understanding and critical thinking that many people don't possess. Hell, even just the time to look into and study it all can be near impossible depending on your lifestyle/family.
While I agree with your sentiment (my lens being someone needs to be openly pro-White or they're jewish grift) I also think many people are just not educated on the subject matter, positing some dunning kruger response as opposed to a more intelligent take had they been preview and familiar with all the information.
